Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlyBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations at any time.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant FlyBox a license to use and display your content to operate the Service.

4. Marketplace

Pattern sales through FlyBox Marketplace are subject to a 15% platform fee. You retain 85% of each sale.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not post illegal, harmful, obscene, or infringing content. You may not harass other users, spam, or attempt to hack the Service. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

6. Premium Subscription & Billing

Automatic Renewal. Your Premium subscription automatically renews each month at $6.99 until you cancel. By subscribing, you expressly authorize FlyBox to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused portions.

No Refunds. All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@flybox.community within 7 days.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback for a valid subscription charge violates these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. Please contact hello@flybox.community before contacting your bank — we will resolve legitimate billing issues promptly.

Reminder Emails. We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. Keep your email address current.

Failed Payments. If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

Price Changes. We may change pricing with 30 days written notice.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is." FlyBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes shall be resolved in Ada County, Idaho.
